Camp Tifie

WHAT

A week-long summer camp experience with high-quality staff in a beautiful location near Mt. Pleasant, Utah. Activities include merit badge education, mountain biking, aquatics, climbing and rappelling, COPE, and much, much more. Come enjoy life unplugged and feel close to heaven in the great outdoors! Scouts will earn merit badges on their path to Eagle as well as learn leadership skills, how to be a part of a team, and accomplish hard things. Adults will also have a variety of classes available.

WHY

Scouts will enjoy a camping experience that will allow them to develop character through personal challenges and success. We will also provide opportunities for advancement and leadership during their week with us.

WHO

Scout Troops and Venturing Crews with youth ages 11-17 and leaders.

PRICE

Optional Costs:

  • Buffet Style Dining (Monday lunch-Saturday breakfast): $105 per person
  • Guest meals: $7 per meal

Available Discounts:

  • Register before November 1, 2018 for a $10 per youth discount (does not include Monday-Tuesday attendees).
  • Register for Week 4 (July 8-13), Week 5 (July 15-20) or Week 6 (July 29-August 3) for an additional $10 per youth discount (does not include Monday-Tuesday attendees).

PREREQUISITES

WHAT TO BRING

  • Medical form (parts A, B and C) for all youth and adults
  • BSA roster showing registered youth and adults
  • Registration confirmation receipt showing you’ve paid in full

SCHEDULE

Week-long Attendees

  • Arrive Monday between 8 and 11 am for check-in
  • Adventure tracks end at 5:00 pm each day
  • Depart by Saturday at 10:00 am

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • The largest campsites hold 25 people. Depending on campsite availability and the size of your group, it may be necessary to make 2 or more different registrations (1 per campsite needed). The $250 down payment applies to each campsite.
  • Down payment is required at time of registration. (After March 1st, you will be required to pay the $250 down payment PLUS 50% of the total registration to register.)
  • Do not run an LDS Church check electronically.
  • Deadlines:
    • All fees must be paid at least four weeks prior to camp. Late fees of $10 per person will apply if not paid before arriving.
    • All adjustments, including number of registrants and class selections, must be made at least two weeks prior to camp.
    • All refunds must be requested at least two weeks prior to camp.

Early Discount
Before 11/24/2018 a discount of $10.00 - $40.00 will apply to all Youth Registrants.
Late fee
After 6/24/2019 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Youth Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
Any down payment collected at time of registration for any event is non-refundable. Refunds of fees requested at least two weeks prior to an event will be fully granted (less any down payment). No refunds are given if a registration is cancelled or the number of attendees is reduced within two weeks of your scheduled event.
